Our 180 year old historic hacienda with 10 rooms and breakfast room is situated on 3.5 acres overlooking a beautiful level 4 acre field with private well and irrigable water rights dated to 1796. A small barn now houses a chicken coup, workshop and storage. Access to National Forest land is 1/2 mile up the road.

We built a 2 story 3bdr/3ba owners house in southwestern style in 2001 next to the B&B. There's a large park-like front yard at the property entrance, giving a rural feel, though we are in an established neighborhood. We are only a 5 minute drive to town. All the rooms have southwestern details, hand-carved doors and furniture with private outdoor entrances and private baths. The rooms offer queen, twin and king beds, some with fireplaces or large skylights and a couple with kitchens.

 Taos is a tourist Mecca for art or history lovers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. We have lovingly renovated and successfully operated as a B&B for 20 years and are ready to move on to the next adventure.
